Youth Voices on AI

Decisions about AI and young people are usually made without them. Youth Voices on AI is a project I led to change that, centering young people's own perspectives on the technology reshaping their lives – and connecting those perspectives to the people building and governing frontier systems.

The work brings together an unusual set of collaborators: Anthropic, the Young and Resilient Research Centre at Western Sydney University, Australia's eSafety Commissioner, and Common Good AI. The aim is to make youth perspective a genuine input to AI research and policy rather than a consultation exercise after the fact.
